Community service was in full swing as the Waxahachie Rotary Club partnered with the Waxahachie Lions Club to install two new benches at the Getzendaner Street Housing Project park. With a basketball court and playground already in place, these benches add much-needed seating for families and residents. A few weeks earlier, both clubs collaborated to purchase the benches. This morning, members gathered to assemble them—demonstrating teamwork and a shared love for our city. Partnerships like this help make Waxahachie even better! We’re committed to ongoing efforts that enhance public spaces and bring people together.
