Good afternoon, I am contacting you regarding offering to speak at your Rotary Club this Fall/Winter. I do a couple free programs as part of my overall marketing plan. I am a local author and speaker on leadership particularly relating to the millennial generation (Generation Y). My book Gen Y The Workforce was published this year. I have two talks that I would suggest for your club: 1) Gen Y-leading the coming generation : A short interactive speech that touches some of the topics covered in my book. 2) Feedback- beyond the annual review: this is a short presentation on the importance of regular coaching and feedback for your young employees. I generally recommend Gen Y as it flows well with the book and I will usually give away a few free books. Whom should I contact about getting on the schedule for Sept.-December 2016?
